Roasting radishes dramatically mellows it’s naturally spicy flavor and the little bit of honey in the recipe adds a touch of sweetness that we all love. Enjoy the roasted “coins” as a simple side dish or snack. We also love them as a topping for fancy toast: toast bread then top with mashed avocado (or cream cheese) and the radishes. Yum! This recipe was developed by Heather Staller, a mom of two boys, ages 5 and 3, and cooking instructor specializing in bringing cooking into preschool classrooms.
