Ingredients

• Broccoli crown

Instructions

1. Take a raw broccoli crown and just slightly shave off the ends of the broccoli tops with a knife. If you get any larger chunks, finely dice them. Stop before you cut into the stem of the broccoli. You just want the fine little bits on the top.
2. Use these homemade veggie sprinkles to put on top of your favorite meal!​
